Sfera’s Park Suites & Convention Centre offers 22 luxurious suites, located on Civic Park in North East Adelaide, just a short parkland walk to Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, and the OBAHN. Just 20-25 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD via car, we also have free on site car parking.
We have two deluxe large corner spa suites, 7 queen single spa suites, 8 premier spa suites, 2 family spa suites, 2 premium suites and the loft suite which is our largest room.

Car Parking : Free 24 hour public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed to park in these free areas).NOTE: Parking and access to our under croft carpark is only available during reception hours and – access outside of these hours will incur a $95 fee
Getting There : Situated in a shopping district, this luxury hotel is 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Tea Tree Plaza and within 9 mi (15 km) of Thorndon Park and National Wine Centre of Australia. Adelaide Oval is 8.6 mi (13.8 km) away.
Pre Authorisation : A $180 pre Authorisation will be made on your nominated card at check in which will be released upon checkout. (Note: last minute same day check ins will be required to leave a $250 pre auth charge.)
Smoking: All accommodation suites are strictly non-smoking (including balconies) and a $250 fee will incur if guests do not comply.
Weekend Noise: Sfera’s Park Suite & Convention Centre holds several weddings and private functions on weekends. Please note that when staying at our venue, most of our events are until midnight and may cause an unusual amount of noise during these times.

After Hours Security access : An after hours access security callout fee of $110 will be charged for after hours assistance to access your room. Guests are encouraged to take both supplied access key cards with them or to use our free blue tooth room access app. to access their rooms. A fee will charged if you leave one or both keys in your room and require out of hours access.
Damages: The credit card provided for the pre authorisation on check in, will be charged for any damage caused to the room, Sferas Park Suites & Convention Centre property, its carpark and surrounds by either the registered guest or anyone else occupying the room, for the minimum equivalent cost of repair or replacement.
