Car Parking : Free 24 hour public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed to park in these free areas).NOTE: Parking and access to our under croft carpark is only available during reception hours and – access outside of these hours will incur a $95 fee

Getting There : Situated in a shopping district, this luxury hotel is 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Tea Tree Plaza and within 9 mi (15 km) of Thorndon Park and National Wine Centre of Australia. Adelaide Oval is 8.6 mi (13.8 km) away.

Pre Authorisation : A $150 pre Authorisation will be made on your nominated card at check in which will be released upon checkout.  (Note: last minute same day check ins will be required to leave a $250 pre auth charge.)

Smoking: All accommodation suites are strictly non-smoking (including balconies) and a $250 fee will incur if guests do not comply.

Weekend Noise: Sfera’s Park Suites & Convention Centre holds several weddings and private functions on weekends. Please note that when staying at our venue, most of our events are until midnight and may cause an unusual amount of noise during these times.

Card Only Payment : Sfera’s is a cashless venue and accepts payments by card only

In Room Power : To Activate appliances (TV, Air conditioning, Lighting and power points) in your room you will need to insert the key card supplied at checking into the slot just inside of your door. If you find that appliances like the TV or power points or Air Conditioning  in your room wont turn on simply remove the card from the slot and push it back in with one firm motion so that the card goes in sufficiently to activate the power for all appliances.

After hours Emergencies : If you have an after hours emergency issue (Water Leak, power failure, security issue) please call reception and you will be directed to someone who can assist you. 

COVID-19: Please note that all bookings made are NON-refundable. Sfera’s are offering full credits or a transfer to a new date for guests who are unable to fulfil their reservation due to government restrictions regarding COVID-19.
