Events Team Leader…
The newly renovated Sfera’s Park Suites & Convention Centre is currently seeking dedicated customer-focused Event Supervisor to join our team. The role includes leadership and provision of consistent high-quality customer service in our busy functions and events spaces.
We are looking for someone that is confident with:
- Food and beverage service in functions & bars
- Training and supervision of staff
- Coordination of functions & events
- Working with clients, suppliers & event staff to deliver an above expectation event
- An ability to motivate and direct staff
- Great attention to detail
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Ensure WHS compliance
It is assumed that the applicant will be well presented, professional, confident, have exceptional customer service skills and have an experience in functions and events.
This role offers a busy, diverse and dynamic environment, whilst gaining a cross section of new skills. Shift flexibility is required with weekday, weekend and evening shifts. This role can be flexible to accommodate for a work/life balance. Hours for this role will be determined by the individual candidate suitability.

Newly renovated Sfera’s Park Suites and Convention Centre consists of a boutique hotel with 22 suites, function rooms and Paradiso Café & Cocktail Bar.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to work in our public areas and room attendant team.
Applicants must have good availability across a seven-day rotating roster. Ideally have worked in a hotel/motel/retail environment and have experience with cleaning of guest rooms and/or the cleaning of public areas.
Applicants should be efficient, reliable, dedicated, have a keen eye for detail and able to work to strict time deadlines.
